God on the other days of creation had looked over things and imply stated 'it was good.' On the 6th day however, things were different. He had made things SO VERY good!! God was exceedingly pleased with His creation that particular day, this was because He had created mankind.
God created you, it was not a mistake, or an afterthought, He purposely created you the way you are. Not who you pretend to be on the surface for other people to see, He created the real you, and He sees the real you. Scared yet???!!
